Shipping Policy

In order to obtain testing services, you may be required to ship a dried blood spot sample to us.  Please follow the instructions on your test kit in order to collect and package.  The following terms and conditions apply to the ordering and shipment of your test kit:

Once your order is placed for a test kit, it may take up to 2-3 business days for the kit to ship to you.  You should receive your kit within 2-8 business days after it ships.

Follow the instructions on your kit to return your sample to the lab.

Shipping fees are included in your test purchase.

Once your sample reaches the lab, it will be processed.  Results for most tests are typically available within 5 to 7 business days of lab processing.  

In the event that there is a problem with your sample, for example, the sample is inadequate or contaminated, and we are unable to conduct the test, you will be asked for a new sample and a new kit will be delivered to you.

Please keep in mind that shipping times can be unpredictable, and you may experience shipping delays or issues with tracking.
